Need Help with Title at Rhode Island DMV

I need help finding out what is taking so long with Rhode Island DMV sending me back my title. It been over a year now. I had a point of contact person by the name of Kevin but I just looked through my paper work and it seems that I have lost his number. I have a guy that came to my dealership at the time and charged me to do the paperwork. He called me two weeks ago saying something about they needed different paperwork. I just need to speak to someone in DMV and find out whats going on. This is totally unacceptable. DMVs are horrible but they shouldn't take THAT long. GL man.

yeah man.... it like I got some bad witch spell on me. lol That Strauss thing.... put it like this... I gave up and put it into Azevedo hands in Elizabeth. I feel safe now.

they paid for bilstein but I did not trust them putting it in. Did not want to get burnt twice.
