yeah i fail at computers, tried the rar thing for the mac... didnt work... thats if im doing it right.....

same here. i clicked on the rar.exe file and it just opens for a split second and closes

wow ppl messing up on download wtf.. lol its very easy. Download, extract file , after that find the file and open up the pdf.

when the dialog box opens asking you how you want to open it, click "open with" and select "stuffit" from your applications menu

Someone else was saying it could also be due to your adobe version. Update to the current version first.
