Guest repliedI HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING BEFORE YOU BLOW SHIT UPOriginally posted by mspieglei haven't got mine running yet... I tried testing for voltages to get an idea of how much modification i would have to do. I applied ground and power to pins 1 and 2, tried to check a signal on pin3. Didn't really get any voltage from it... Tried blowing into the maf, didn't change it one bit. Used a pretty accurate digital meter...
any ideas? i'm gonna see if i can hunt r4spro down...

yes I was in that too.... I did a mini hole in the MAG and inserted a Temp resistor there, but Gunni told thatis not needed , since the MAF makes the calc from the air mas flowing and then calculates the air temp...so don't needed, I will wire it and try build a digital screen led to read the air temp since mine is Turbo...
How is runing with the SMT6? did you gain some with it?Leave a comment:

would you happen to have any extra temp sensors? I might be in need of one...Leave a comment:

hey man, once yours is done, let me know how was it, I'm installing the SMT6 recently, and I have a E36 325i MAf with four pins only...Leave a comment:
