AZ because we get little rain fall (execpt the last month?). the downside is the summer heat cam really beat up on interior stuff.

SOCAL as long as it is not coastal as the salt air can cause issues to exposed metal or chrome stuff.

My M3 showed 10 years of registration on some key island in Flordia by Miami and there is no rust.... :???: so that was either some illegal registration or I got lucky with a Florida Car.

Socal is great for no rust except all the interiors are sunbaked to shit. Michigan has the worst rust on the planet but the leather seats and dashboards are immaculate on used cars. I think somewhere in the middle like Norcal is best now.

SC, NC, TN, bama, georgia, mississippi, texas, etc. anywhere without snow or coastal areas.
is there a second NC and TN that I don't know about, because NC and TN both get snow and NC uses the new Salt Brine which is 3x more corrosive than rock salt...

Best bet is SW, Florida can be good but the salt air is hell on chrome trim...

Problem is finding a nice e30 in Arizona is like going to FOOD City and finding someone who speaks english.....its damn hard.

Sunbaked interiors are easier and less expensive to fix than rust though.

My car spent much of its life in SoCal and I swapped some interior parts like Sport Seats from NorCal cars.

This is so true. I lived in SoCal in mid 80's and it seemed very one had a e30. Not any big body Bimmers, e30's. Must have been 200k units in SoCal.
