    Euro interior stuff

I'm lookin to get a lot of german/euro interior stuff for my car. '91 325i. Red with tan non sport leather seats and what not. Probably gonna get black armrests and map pockets. Here is my list so far. What else could I get that would be different than a lot of the US cars on this side of the lake?

    German Check Control
    Euro gauge cluster
    Double foglight switch

Is the analog clock a plug'n'play "mod" ? Or does it only need power/ground?

Rear headrests aren't exactly 'euro'. They were available on a lot of 4-door models.

As for the analog clock, it's only a plug and play if you have the BASIC digital clock (no, the 6-button OBC is not the digital clock). If you have some form of OBC, you'll have to find a harness for the analog clock (same as basic digital clock that came in most 318s) and solder it in.

It's not PNP, and would be a pain in the ass to try and re-wire.

I'd just track down a German OBC face, that would be easier and look just as cool.

I wired an analog clock easily. My car had a 6 button OBC before.

PS- Ya, the rear ehadrests aren't euro, just kind of rare

I would assume the German one is in German.

Ah, the words above the buttons? I would probably just want to get the analog clock since my car has the 6 button OBC. MR 325, can you give any specifics on how to wire up the analog clock?

If you search under analog clock look for "tinman” there is a post of which wires went to which in my car.

How does that work? Wouldnt I have to get something extra for the headlights for that to work right?

I have rear headrests on the eta. I thought they only came on 4-dr 1986 325e's. I could be wrong, though.

They were a factory option on 4 doors I think.
