How to Move Guide: e30 Edition

    Tools Needed:
    1. e30s: the more, the merrier.
    2. roof racks and enough straps
    3. 17mm socket and ratchet with extension

    Procedure:
    1. Take front passenger seat out
    2. Load e30 with as much shit as you have to move
    3. Mattresses and heavy furniture is saved for the roof

    Hints:
Rear seat is a perfect tv cushion.
Put spring box on the bottom and mattress in the top. Put bed frames and such in between.
Person being moved, drives behind in case his shit flies off.

25 miles later, you unload your crap, drop a mattress on a person helping you and you're all moved in.

    Good luck...

nice. ive often fit too large of things in the e30 by removing the passenger seat. that opens up a lot of space!

LOL. I once packed and moved during my lunch hour. I fit all my earthly belongings into the hatchback of my '91 Dodge Daytona. Went back to work and unloaded everything later that evening.

Yeah, I was broke student at the time.

thank you for clarifying it for some. But seriously, with two cars, in 2 trips, you can move just about anything 1 person owns.

When I move I was going to load up my truck and buy a trailer for the E30 but it is about 500 miles and I know the thirty won't make it.
