    Im gonna go change my tires in the rain

    I hate my snow tires so much I cant take another day on them. Ive always torqued my alloy wheels to 80 pounds. Sound right?

              This reminds me of the day it snowed two days after putting my summer tires on my car in March, and I had to change them back to allseasons at 5am in the snow. Good times.

                            Tightening torque is not related to type of wheels, but bolt/stud section. Just as with any bolt.

                            A 12mm stud/bolt is rated at 80ft.lbs
                            A 14mm stud/bolts is rated at 110ft.lbs
                            Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

                              Well I heard alloys will crack if you torque too much and a steelie will flair. Plus a 12mm bolt that is grade 5 doesnt torque the same as a 12mm stainless bolt. I have Titanium wheel bolts.
