    anybody ever used???

DTM fiberwerkz before? i read somewhere there products arent very good but that was only from 1 post i was wondering if anybody had any feed back from there body panels

Ive never used their products personally, but ANY body part that was popped from a non factory mold will need a decent amount of bodywork done to it to make it fit correctly.

Generally, if anyone steps outside the "norm" here, they get beaten to a pulp.

As nothing DTM makes is exactly R3Vs "norm", don't expect to see much of it here.

So yeah, lurkers, please post up. R3V is just too goddamn stuffy.

you wont get much, if any weight savings with a fiberglass fender over the stock stamped steel part.

i bought 2 carbon fenders for $230,00, (compared to over $300.00 for a oem (which i bought and will sell now)

                got it from RaceonUSA
and i will say, they are sweet.
                stronger than steel,
                no rust
and all the holes are not there, but they have dimples on where to drill.

                and a side note
if you have a cabrio, you will need sideskirts b/c the rocker panel is about 1 inch too short

btw, if you look at the video closely, the right (drivers side) fender has some shiny tape glue on it, and so did mine when they arrived, and those could have very well been mine.

fitment was pretty simple, just remember to measure twice, and cut once.
dont tighten any bolts up until you close the hood and align all corners and edges.

btw, don't paint em unitl its fit right.
i was able to use all my existing bolt holes and fasteners.
