thanks a million guy, is it hard to replace the starter on a e28? i know if its a m20 block it wont be a problem at all, since i recently did my clutch, but if its a m30, will it be easy to do it strictly from above? the car is out in a field, and needs a starter, i figure with 117 thousand kilometers on it, a starter isnt that bad, for 500 bucks....

started shouldnt be hard m20 or m30, in the e28 you should be able to do both from aboveComment

i love mine but im selling her to pay off my new baby '90 325i.
but she is an 85 535i has plenty of power but feels like a boat compared to my e30.
for the price i say hell yea pick it upComment
