    Door Hinge Problem

My front passenger door hangs low and won't close, as a result.

I got the door hinge repair kit and I know what parts go where, but I can't see to get the bolt out from the hinge (the side that's attached to the car).

It seems as though it's sheared off and is molded to the hinge itself!
I took out the c-clip and the washer but that bolt is still stuck

    Any suggestions?
Bear in mind the space is very small, so I'm not even sure I could fit a drill in there..

    Thanks in advance.

It would be easier to help if you could show us a picture of it.

Is there play in the door if you lift up and down on it? You can just adjust the door if there is no play in the hinge.

take the door off the car, much easier to work on that with the door off

            I'm trying to avoid that.
I was hoping some PB Blaster and a hammer would do the trick..

I think I had the same problem. Once you get both c-clips off the top and bottom hinge you can just lift the door off. Then you will have room to remove the broken bolt.
