    A small offtopic

here in Iceland,, there are quite many converted with 35" 38" 44" 46" 49" and heavy duty offroad stuff

the biggest offroader here are using the famous German MB UNIMOG housings and driving up to 54" tires....... real monsters

It's hard to split the paycheck between bills, mortgage, the BMW and this:

Right now it's under the knife yet again to get 1 ton axles front and rear, custom suspension and 40" LTB's. An expensive, long, drawn out project...

An 85 CJ7 Laredo was bought from under me long time ago ~1990. Im still pissed about it. Like most new cars, the new Jeeps are not doing it for me. I drove a new Rubicon and was totally unimpressed. But im sure with a bit more upgrades, this things will kick arse. Out of the box...meh.

OP, you got a nice riding rig though.

my dad and i are goin 50/50 on a wrangler, though what he wants doesnt always match perfectly with what i want. we'll probly end up with a yj cause tjs are overpriced.

Here's my first jeep (87 cherokee)

here's the second (99 cherokee, sold to my little sister)

I traded my first cherokee the way it was in the picture (minus the roof rack, still use that roof rack today) for my '68 jeepster. sitting on 35s (project car)

                custom front rammer

And Here's what i drive now ('89 range rover)

That jeepster is sweet. One day I'll build up another XJ.

Mine isn't nearly as cool as yours, but I have a 91 cherokee, basically all stock other than oversized tires. I take it trail riding 2/3 times a year.
Last year was my favorite and most likely last time going, I rolled it down a hill, one full rotation then slid on its side about 40ft before stopping in a tiny little creek. It was exciting, and when we got it upright it drove back up the hill and back to the trailer :D
