                                                Ben Slocum writes this here:

                                                Bill Caswell and I received word in January that a Rally America (US rally sanctioning body) legal car would be eligible to compete in Rally America, a Mexican national rally run concurrently with WRC Corona Rally Mexico. Some teams would dream about competing; Bill and I said screw it, we’re going.
                                                So no, they were not competing against the likes of Sebastian Loeb and Ken Block and Kimi Raikkonen, but on the same stages as them at around the same time. Either way, this is still badass.

                                                    They were in the rally mexico "open class". Pretty damn impressive considering most of their competition were AWD, turbocharged, PROFESSIONALLY PURPOSE BUILT rally cars.
