I paid 100 a ticket for these, when you want to see the best you have to pay a little moreComment

I go to concerts all the time here in Orlando. The most expensive venue being Hard Rock Live and still the most I've paid, for floor seats, was $40 bucks for Velvet Revolver.Comment

who the hell are they? that is why they were only 40$Originally posted by boom-monkeyI go to concerts all the time here in Orlando. The most expensive venue being Hard Rock Live and still the most I've paid, for floor seats, was $40 bucks for Velvet Revolver.Comment

You don't have to pay tons of money for a ticket to see good music. Most of the time its the other way around. I have seen the dillenger escape plan, the locust, glassjaw, deftones, mindless self indulgence, dog fashion disco, system of a down, colonel claypools bucket of bernie brains, buckethead, Fantomas, etc... and all were for less than $40, most less than $30 and I'll gaurantee that jimmy buffet is gay compared to any of them.Originally posted by nameisbradgreenwho the hell are they? that is why they were only 40$Originally posted by boom-monkeyI go to concerts all the time here in Orlando. gay because you are still in the hardcore shit music, but that is your opinion. I would love to see Buffett over any of those.Originally posted by trashcop 80s 80sYou don't have to pay tons of money for a ticket to see good music. Most of the time its the other way around. Big name artists are expensive to see because they play at very large arenas which are expensive to opperate.
If Glassjaw could sell out the Staples Center, they would be playing there and tickets to their shows would be just as much as any other band playing there.
I saw No Doubt (not really a fan) at a small venue in Portland, OR and the tickets were $12. Same band is now playing at large arenas and the tickets are 5x as much.Originally posted by Grueliusand i do not know what bugg brakes are.Comment

You bastids...Originally posted by MattE30Anyone here going to Bonnaroo?
I think I'd rather go to Bonnaroo than Reading or Leeds... although I've seen most of the good bands that play at Bonnaroo frequently.Originally posted by Grueliusand i do not know what bugg brakes are.Comment

I am definitely going this year because of The Mars Volta. Hopefully Buckethead and Les Claypools Flying Frog Brigade will show up. They were there last year. It's going to be so badass. Only a few hours away for 2 days of music and :drink:Originally posted by MattE30Anyone here going to Bonnaroo?sigpicComment

I was at the most recent Dillenger and Locusts show. It was one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. Best show I have ever been to though was the Take Action Tour last year. Dillenger, Poison the Well, Further Seems Forever, Eighteen Visions, and Avenged Sevenfold.Originally posted by trashcop 80s 80sYou don't have to pay tons of money for a ticket to see good music.
