But I just saw this on Canadian netowork, and Blockbusters Canada has adopted the 'no late fees' program.
What do you guys think?
Do you think that the most people will return the movie regardless of the extended rental time?
It seems as though, with this system in effect, most of the good movies will always be out.
I heard that since video places have to purchase rental licences for each copy of the movie, it's actually quite a bit more expensive for them to obtain a rental copy, than us buying a movie from a retail store. Having said that, how are they expecting to move ahead in the rental movie business?
