Does anyone know were I can go to see the specs for the wheel offset size for the 89 325i

cars dont have offsets.

wheels have offsets.

if you have 14x6 bottlecaps the offset is +35

if you have 14x6.5 basketweaves then it's +30

that only took me 2 seconds to find out. google is your friend.
