Red, tan interior, H&R sport springs, Bilstein sports and 148k with minor oil pan gasket leak?
*looks outside to see if his car is still there*
If it's in good mechanical shape, 4500-5k is fair for a Cali car.

I"m in Cali and could'nt find a plastic bumper 325is. I looked for about two months then could'nt wait any longer. I purchased a 1990 325is for $5,500 with 112K on the clock. Only things wrong were fuel gauge jumps all over, AC does'nt blow cold, OBC is out, and the driver side seat is worn a little worse than the one in the pic you showed Other than that the interior is perfect. It had a service records and was a two owner car. It came from Illinios so ther was some under body surface rust but the car just had a repaint so the exterior is good to go. It also came with about $1700 in suspension and performance mods not to mention new tie rods, CABs, and RSMs. But it was due for timing belt and water pump so I did that. In retrospect I think I paid about $700 too much for it but I like a lot and the 325 is getting very hard too find. I say go for it. :D
