I'd like to see that. Cross country shipping would be near $900, as one small part of my dad's job is to send out cars to anywhere, and he says any towing company won't do it that cheap.

I've called alot of places when I wanted an E30 that was in California...M-Tech II cabbie for $1,500 that was running badly and busted...just wasn't worth the extra grand to ship it here.
        Reminiscing...

The guy has no money. How can he afford a beater so he can store his car?

Dude.... sometimes cars gotta go. The only thing I have to say, it's a non-M and yeaaaa it's an e30 but it's not going down in the history books.

If he had an e30 m3 in that shape I would think twice and try find something else to raise the money, but he'll run across another car sometime later on. Cars come and go people..... next thing you know in a year he can be driving an e30 M3 or an even better car. Who knows. All I can say is, shit happens. I bet it sucks to have to sell your car... but life goes on. If this is indeed for the better, you'll be driving an even greater car soon.

I totally agree with you. It's kind of the same with my and my last E30. No, I didn't have to sell it, but it was wrecked and more or less "taken" against my will. Yeah, I was really fucking bummed for a long time, but I'm about to pick up a near-perfect E30, in my dream configuration. There's always something better waiting just around the corner, you just have to be patient.

                    Dammit, I wanna buy that!
Me: "I can't wait to redline my car!"
Mark: "Didn't you just break a rocker arm?"
Me: "Yeah, I don't think I've learned my lesson."
                    Mark: "You never will."

You guys have it twisted. I really don't need to sell the car, however, I have a sales career that comes with car compensation which will give me a decent amount of money each month towards a new car. I didn't buy a new car yet because I don't know what I'm doing. I was feeling out selling the e30 because I don't want to be hit over the head paying 2 car insurances, so I could always store it. Right now I'm just seeing what my options are....sorry for the confusion.

youre just as misinformed as i am.
that cars worth maybe 5k tops. what can 5k get you out of? not much.
a lot of the guys on this board are young and probably pay higher insurance premiums
if he had a hundred dollar piece of shit to drive and insure he may be able to hang onto his car till he gets straightened out. its a moot point tho as it sounds like hes prolly got more money than you and me together. ps, not everyone wants an e30m3

5k tops? 5k is for a clean stock 325/318iS. He can get $7k for that car.

And by the way, the e30 m3 was an example.
