shipping a car

I might have foung a donar car for my m50 project. 93 325 with a dinan stroker rebuild 80k ago. problem is that I have to ship it from Michigan To B.C. Canada. Anyone have any good ideas on what would be cheapest, time line doesn't matter. Acouple prices I have already are both about 1500can$

thuibers, if you haven't already seen this, CG Motorsports is selling a M50 for $1350 CAD, somethign to think about if you have to spend 1500 just on shipping.

honestly it would be cheaper if you did it yourself by renting a U Haul but then again, that's a hell of a trip. DAS had some good prices at one time.

I used trusty transport ( www.trustytransport.com ) to have my m3 shipped from Virginia to Mississippi, they basicly send out a quote and let freelance drivers pick it up. They were quick, pretty cheep 600$, but I never got any information about the whereabouts of my car or even that it had been picked up untill an hour from delivery.

any prices I have from any locall wreckers, for just the m50 engine, are is pretty much what I'm paying for the whole car, so I'm hoping to sell the other parts i don't need to cover the shipping costs. But I would like to ship it for less than 1500

that sounds potentially sweet...

I would just go on a road trip if you can get a few days off (assuming it runs). Depending who you ship with it costs $1100 to go from nyc to boise idaho... I dont see how it could cost more than that for you. Do a google search and get some quotes. Thats going to be the best way to figure it all out.
