You can't. The vin is recorded and will never be let back on the road. You can only use the cash for clunkers cars as parts, but no drive train stuff. I would still try to get the trans and diff if possible. Get as much off of that car as you can, even if you don't need it. It look to be in tact and clean so you could sell the parts and make a good profit.
