M20s are always going to tick a little, but would running sythetic oil quiet this a bit? I know this is a bit OT.

I run 92 exclusively. My car pings like a bitch on 87.

I should be running on 92. Hopefully prices come down a bit so I can be.

92 exclusively here as well, Shell only. I'm putting a chip in soon though, so at least I'm used to the prices.

I run 93, and that makes me want a MarkD. I guess JimC will have to last me for a while.

93 in my 323i... and the crazy gas prices are why I'm driving my 318 right now and putting 87 in it.

I run 93 all the time and always have, even at 2.50 a gallon, good thing I can ride my bike (40mpg)

You guys run leaded or unleaded fuel. Here in SA we have a choice of 95 unleaded or 97 leaded. Difference in price is only about 10c ($0.02).

There's leaded fuel somewhere in the US? I thought that was illegal for the past 30 years?

                          A lead substitute perhaps?

92, can't run on anything lower.

Wish I could get 95+ consistantly.
