That is why I usually wait for the hacked versions like Kazaa Lite++ back when people were actually sharing shit on Kazaa. I managed to avoid spyare by cliking no though.

Or just quit clicking "yes" on all the popup and script windows you get when you visit your porn and warez sites.

Seriously, common sense goes a long way. I run IE6 SP2 with most scripting disabled and the default popup block, run spybot once every two weeks or so, and I'm absolutely fine. Quicker than running that firefox nonsense, and it actually loads pages properly.

Again, common sense, if a site tells me "here, install this file to view this text file for song lyrics", I generally tend not to hit "yes". I also don't install all of this P2P software crap, which is 10x worse than anything you can pick up through IE.

Also when you get a window wich says "you might have spyware installed do you want Spyware installers Incorperated to install the spyware remover for you"
Wich again installs even more shit and nonsense to the PC that is just typical for people to click yes to

I have had to remove thousands of items from peoples PC´s :evil:
and it sucks more then anything

If you don´t want spyware when downloading all the illegal stuff, find a FTP server or use something like BitTorrent and Direct Connect, don´t use the widely popular stuff lika Kazaa and so on, it will only infect your computer even more.
