    91 vert

I know a guy that is selling a 91 vert it is in very good condition with about 120k on it. He is getting rid of it because he said it has electrical problems and doesnt know how to fix it. He said he just got a new battery and the car just drains it. And he always has to get it jumped. Does anyone know what the problem might be or how much roughly it would to get fixed because i am thinking about swooping it up for 900.

First thing I would check is the alternator, or a hack job wiring for a stereo or alarm.

Agreed and agreed...99% of the "installers" on this planet suck ass, just hacks collecting a paycheck.

Here is a quick easy trick: (with the car not running) Get the thing on a charger for 20 min or so, then grab the alternator. If it is hot, it may still charge, but it is bad.

Also get a circuit tester and see if any of the fuses are drawing power after the car is shut off...

I don't know what the problem is, but I have heard this is a common issue with some e30s
