There was a picture from under the car showing that the springs were resting a couple of inches from where they were actually supposed to be attached.
Stupidity at its best. The cops did the right thing in impounding his car.

Yeah he had moved the spring like halfway out of the perches and un-bolted the hub, shove a bolt in the bottom, and rode it. He was a gay ass fan boi, got lots of attention at H20 last year though.
