please help!!

just got my trans hooked up, put my car down and in acts if it were in gear when in neuteral. i found out after i have a leak in one of my lines coming down from the break booster. could that be why? my clutch when pushed to the floor stays on the floor from this as well i believe. i need a diagnosis anyone ever had related troubles and know how to help

Your clutch line running from the master to the slave cylinder is leaking and not disengaging the clutch sounds like. Fix the leak, bleed it and try again.
