Looks nice, but seeing that the reserve has yet to be met at $2850 it might be a bit steep. I bought my '84 eta in good condition for $1800 and I felt like I overpaid. I might go as high as $3000 for a pristene early eta but not more.
Also I'm not seing many bells and whistles that aren't almost always found on 84-85 etas, other than the ski-hole rear seat. Most early US-etas had power everything and were heavily optioned. The eta was the 'premium' 3-series at the time here (your only other option was the 318i).

it also looks like a great iS cylinder head swap + turbo candidate.
do that and update suspension and youll have a beast sleeper

My 84 eta had everything, black leathers sport seats, 13 button obc, power everything, also came with cancer.
