make sure the CPU/MoBo combo will work properly.
Most Mobo's will need to have the latest bios version to run the 939 pin.

Don't cheap out on the memory. I've never heard of Geil value RAM, I'd stick with Kingston, Corsair, or Crucial.

Check out the pricing at www.tigerdirect.com . I just ordered parts for a new machine for my dad there. (parts will arrive tomorrow) It's a P4 3.0, 512MB Kingston RAM, 256MB DDR2 GeForce video card, DL DVD burner, onboard 6 channel audio on the MoBo, 80G 7200 rpm HDD, 450W power supply, a Thermaltake (I think) HSF, a few 80mm fans, all in a nice all aluminum case with built-in temp monitor display on the front. It all came to ~670 including shipping.

It's got a few things higher-end than yours and a few things lower so give them a shot. Their cpu/mobo combos can save you a few bucks...

EDIT: Are you building your computer, because from cyber power it comes put together, and I dont really have a place to build my computer.

Yeah I'm building it myself. All you need besides a few small screwdrivers is a desk or table that people or pets won't mess with. What I like the best about building my own system is that I know it's getting all good components instead of cheap memory, barely-adequate heatsink/fan, and cheap noisy fans. It's also just about the only way to be sure that you're not getting some proprietary crap that makes upgrading a real PITA.

Geil is okay stuff, they make some higher end memory as well (speed and latancy wise)

its good that your going with the socket 939 , and you'll be very happy with the temperatures of the 90nm processor; however, i would buy a case without a power supply and go for a antec true-380w, since the PSU's are crucial for reliability and stability. a nforce4 chipset with PCI-E will most likely have no bios related problems with the winchester processor. also, some mobo's are picky about ram, so i would double check and make sure Geil ram is on the mobo's "ok" list.

Also do yourself a favor and order for the worlds most trusted computerwebsite. www.newegg.com you will thank me later. Tigerdirect has a bad history of sending defective shit or not sending at all. Also not so sure if i trust a Foxconn mobo, ive been building computers for about 8 years now and ive never heard good or really any bad things about foxconn. Check Neweggs pricing on Asus or Abit or DFI motherboards... those are much more trust brands.

i must agree. those parts sound cheap, i wouldnt skimp on yer mobo and ram, also that processor is a lil outdated, at least get a 3200+ if not a 3400+. also that vid card is not good, thas old shit. i have had very bad experience with newer nvidia cards on amd systems, i would go for like an ati 9800pro at least, esp since yer going PCI-E instead of AGP. just my $0.02

9800pro's are agp only, and the winchester core 3000+ is one of the newest athlons on the market, even though it's the slowest of the 939's.
