... in 5 hours (born at bout 6am).... does that make me old?

this year my parents gave me a note... it said "one snow tire & dad's dress jacket".... yay, ONEfriggin tire & a fuckin hand-me-down... man, they went all out this year :roll: i knew i shoulda bought those snow tires last friday when i had a day off :? ...but it's my own fault... i'm the worst person to shop for... my GF tells me that all the time ;)

this is gonna turn out like my 21st b-day, cept i'll be stuck at work from 1 to 11pm instead of doing absolutely nothing... whoppee

at least i give MYSELF presents. I"m gonna go blow 75 bucks at F1 Boston on some sweet indoor go-karting on Sunday w/ a whole bunch of guys from DTM New England :up:

Yeah, you're old. I turn two dozen next month, and I am feeling quite old. I'm in a state of denial, because now I am approaching this phase of my life where I'm in limbo--I'm not an 18 year old punk who fights on the internet about how hard core Slipknot is, nor am I a 30 year old with mannerisms that betray my advanced age. Usually, these are esoteric pop culture references to the 80s, ones besides the normal Madonna, Michael Jackson Thriller era references. These people often believe carburetion being the best way to mix fuel and air. So what am I? I am stuck in limbo, I tell ya.

heh, no kiddin bro, huh?... for my 21st b-day i came home from college (since that's what all my college buddies happend to do that weekend) to find a note saying "we're out w/ friends, we'll be home around 12) and all my friends were away, cept for one... :roll:

at least my 22nd was good... my friends took me to a sweet ass Commedy Club... man that was a riot... but other than that, lately my b-days have been pretty much like every other day... cept i get a few presents & a handfull of cards from relatives

my plan for tomorrow?... get up way earlier than i want, go to a class that'll probably be canceled, go home & crawl back into bed, get up, go to work, get home round 11:30pm & make myself a drink
