If maintenance has been done and continues, plenty reliable. But it IS a 20+ year old car. Considerations have to be made in that regard.Need a part? PM me.

Can't be destroyed. That fucking slow torquey son of a bitch will last forever. Don't even need to change the oil.

I would easily, if I had it, pay $2,000 for a clean, low mileage ETA that's been maintained.
You'll drop another $1,000 in preventative and replacement maintenance. T-belt, waterpump, bushings, etc, etc... looks good though. I'd say go for it.Need a part? PM me.

E's make good daily drivers. If you go easy you can pull close to 30mpg in mixed driving. They do however need to be chipped, it makes a huge difference in the etas.

Oh, I thought you wanted to take care of a car you're putting to use everyday. $1,000 takes care of most of the suspension wear components and brakes. I'm sure there's been a few idiots out there that just buy a car and drive it instantly, but I'm all for doing what needs to be done to make it safe and reliable. Specially if that's the purpose I'm driving it for.
I've bought crap cars to beat the shit out of and I've bought daily drivers. He said daily driver. Not beater. So yeah, I read the ad and the original post.Need a part? PM me.

That car looks so nice. Under the hood and the interior looks amazing.
Too bad its so ugly on the outside with early divers, bronzit, and faded out paint that I doubt will 'buff right out'.
I'd count on replacing pretty much the whole suspension to get the car that cheap, and may as well lower it while you are in there. Inexpensive wheels would make a world of difference while getting new tires. And chip it, and maybe a CD/MP3 player for drives, even a cheapo paintjob would look better and and and and .... here I go again.......
