So I took my '84 318i back to the dealer I bought it from 2 weeks ago. I was having an issue with random stalling on the freeway. The dealer looked it over, reaplced the fuel pump, and tells me that they couldn't get the wiring to go from the battery to the fusebox to the fuel pump and still have it work. He ran wires straight from the battery to the fuel pump. What sort of issues will this create for me? Constant Battery drain?
Also, I asked the dealer for a refund or exhange and he said now, I bought the car "as-is" w/o a warranty. Is there anything I can do legally for this one? I'd like to keep the car, but I want them to fix the problem w/o charging me.
