My 325is with 205/50/15 tires and a 3:73 diff is spinning around 3700 on the highway. I doubt you want a 4:10.

My 325i with 205/60/14 and a 4.27 turns 3400rpm @ 70mph.

My 325i has a 4.10 which is fun but I would really rather have a 3.73. The 4.10 kinda sucks driving in town because its so low.

Got the 4:10 in my ride. Love it, but I have another car for a daily. The 3.73 is probably the better daily choice though. My friend has one in his 89 325is, and it really seems the perfect fit.
