So I decided to bypass the positive on the coil and give it power straight from the battery when I did this the k5 and k7 (unloader) relays started flipping along with one inside the car. Is this normal?

Alright well I threw in the towel and took it to a shop. It had them runnin just as many circles as I was. So eventually the tech busted out a breaker box and figured out that there was something wrong with the wiring between the afm and the computer. Then he decided to try to jump from the afm to the the computer and when he pulled the plug off the afm apart he found that the wire had broken off inside. So he resoldered the connections and voila it runs.
