I just paid $260 shipped for mine. The leather was in perfect condition and the stitching was intact. They were a sunfaded but that was ok by me since i planned on leatheriqueing them anywho.

$150 is a good deal. I paid $100 just for the cushions since I was re upholstering anyway. Good ones usually run around $250-400.

They come up for sale with reasonable frequency. In good condition, maybe 2-300 bucks.

i dont know if i think its worth more then my rears i mean i ve never even seen a set of m3 rears for sale. and to be quite honest there very comfortable and look bad ass. although my front sport seats are really uncomfortable compared to the vert fronts

They are worth only what you think they are worth. And they are only worth that to you. If you feel that the opportunity cost of the vert seats are worth more to you than your m3 rear seat, then trade.
