Ok so I had an auction for an m30 afm I had a starting bid of $30 or buy it now for $100. Someone bought it for the buy it now price of $100. It is now about a week later and I had the product boxed up ready to ship but on paypal he said that It's been a week since payment and he hasn't gotten the item so the $116 has been taken from me. Now I've had this problem with ebay and I changed my email adress because my old one was a school email address which is no longer in use. I sent him a polite email saying I was sorry for not responding but my email address on ebay is no longer working and that I've tried changing it. He said he doesn't care he wants all his money back because he saw that i sold the same product for cheaper to someone else on ebay, whcih is true but it was not purchased immediatley it was bid up to the price of $85. He said he wants his money back so he can go buy it from someone else for less. My question is how do I get my money back since I have not shipped the item yet and he doesn't want it back from me. I don't think it is legal to get out of paying someone on an auction since it is a binding contract correct?

I sent him a second email saying that Its not my fault he bought it stragiht up and didn't research or look around for a better price. I also told him that there is a disclaimer saying that he is enetering a binding contract with me in which he agrees to pay me the price that it says. I told him he can do it the hard way or did it the easy way. I told him he can cancel the paypal complaint and give me back my money or I will go to ebay. Hell I even said I'd give him faster shipping for no extra charge. I hate ignorant people  . Pisses me off because I get charge a fee for him doing this of $3.66.
