I bid and won something on EBay. It finally arrived and was wrong. Seller wants to paypal me what it cost to ship and then I send it on to the person that was supposed to get it. Apparently what I won went to the other person and they would send me mine. I am a pretty trusting person and the seller said it was a mistake, but this feels a little squirrelly to me. I hope I am wrong. Any thoughts, suggestions?
