325i w/ ES lip

I have a 325I and just got a 325ES Front Valence >> noticed when installn.. that i blocks my oil cooler..

i notice that the 325IS comes with that slit for air to pass to the oil cooler..
but i like the es loook more then the Is look

but anywhos the es valence blocking the front for airpassage..

will this cause a diffrence?

unless your tracking the car the oil cooler isn't making a huge difference anyway.
