    Please Help! Need Help!

Guy down the road has a good looking 84 BMW 318i except the smell of gas
from him flooding it???? and the plugs that look like oiled noodles with big burn tears
by the exhaust manifold. Last night he had it wanting to turn over which it
did very little. He had every light and wiper going off(wipers were barling moveing
because of the 1' of snow) and every light while tring to start it in Reverse.
He did catch the clutch but the battery failed.

ANYHOW now the car is DEAD it does nothing.

Would this be the fuseable link because of the plug wires grounding out
    and all the 12Vacc. running???

I checked all the fuses which looked good! What about relays?Anyone of them to deal with starting power and dash power??

Any help would be awsome as I have to move it and it is snowing!
    Cheers!

If it wont hold a charge then you need a new battery.
