Can I get my E30 to handle like my E36 M3

So after selling my E36 M3 in favor of another E30 Im wondering if its reasonable to expect to get my E30 to handle like the M3 did. How far do you have to go with the suspension to get the car on par with the M3. I want to be able to street the thing but as it stands right now the M3 would slaughter my E30 in a corner. What do you guys think?

Springs/struts (probably coilovers), sway bars and good bushings would be a great start.

My good friend has a 325is with bilstein sports/IE3 and azenis - and it handles a lot like my E36 M3. It has a little more body roll, but all in all it reacts the same in the corners. I think its easier to drive than my M3, mainly because its so predictable due to lighter weight.

Ha, I recently told him it felt like a mini M3 after he let me slide through a few corners.

ground controls with koni adjustables, sway bars, bushings, strut tower bars, new control arms with m3 bushings...
e30 can be more fun that e36, it's much lighter and agile, e36 is a pig compared to e30

Considering you can swap most of the E36 suspension on an E30 I would be inclined to think so.

I bet an e30 would be awesome if it had an entire z3 suspension.

Why strut tower bars? Everything I have read says you won't notice a difference unless you are running on r-comps on a track.
