how do i install hood latch and handle

i see how far the wire runs down but i havent found anything good on how to install it

Start at the front, remove your latch with the 2 10mm screws.

You can pull cable out pretty easy, it has to come out from the outside in I recommend taping a chunk of wire to the old cable so you have an easy way to "fish" the new cable in.
