are you talking about the doors or the rear qtr windows?
the rears are 1 piece, you will need to unbolt the from the inside (2 bolts) then pull the trim and paint them. you then need to pull the windows and reinstall the trim and reinstall the windows.
if you are talking about the doors, you pull the mirrors, then carefully pry up the trim and remove it. paint it then pop it back down and reinstall the mirrors.seien Sie größer, als Sie erscheinen

why on earth do i see so many people doing this on the car if all that stuff comes off? it seems like the time & effort to mask the trim off & risking overspray isn't worth it when you can just pull the trim, prep, primer, paint, and plasti-dip it off the car and re-install. am i missing something?Originally posted by DozyproductionsYou know why you're drinking that Pabst? No its probably not because it was the first beer you grabbed. It's because you're a winner.

Having done all of the above, I say mask it. It is far easier...

the rears are a paint in the ass if the are not pop outs. so i can see where it is less hassle just to tape it off, the tops of the doors don't come off so you have to tape them off so you can paint them. if you don't, some of it is nice and fresh, while the rest is sun faded.seien Sie größer, als Sie erscheinen
