On 4/23/2010 I sent the money for a set of six side molding trim pieces for an 1989 BMW 325i. After the money was sent I was told they would be shipped out tomorrow, 4/24/2010. I hadn't received the items by 5/4/2010, so I contacted the seller again. He replied with an apology on 5/4/2010 and told me he would ship them out 'tomorrow or Thursday' or refund my money. I replied on 5/6/2010 saying no problem, and that I'd appreciate it if he'd get them shipped out. I received no reply so I contacted him again 5/18/2010, telling him I have a new address. My friend still owns my old residence, so I know they didn't arrive there either, meaning they were never shipped. I received no reply. I contacted him for the last time on 6/7/2010, to which I received no reply. -
