    Nissan 300zx

    Been getting bored with e30s. I've been browsing these on ebay and it seems that if i sold my e30 i could afford one with little trouble.

    Are they cars to stay away from or are they all right? I'm thinking about selling my tired eta and getting something else, but it has to be rwd, manual transmission, reliable, be somewhat fun to drive.

      Stay far away. Not reliable, not easy to work on, not cheap and honestly not even that fun.

          I just recently drove a VQ swapped 300zx with twin gt28's.... i would definitely have to admit that it was fucking awesome.

                  Judging by the wing and slats in the front fascia it's at least a turbo.

                  They are heavy, but a phone call to STILLEN and high limit on your credit card will turn one into a pretty well handling, 500hp beast.

                              i had an 86 red zx.......i loved it. super fun to drive, and t-tops give me boners. i miss it.

                                  They're okay in reliability from what I've seen, but they are pretty heavy. I like the way they look, though, and they can be hella quick. Not cheap cars to own at all, though.

                                      z32 twin turbos are a pain in the ass to work on. the wiring harness on the z32 are always known to go bad and thats a pain in the ass job too since the motor is crammed in there. the power potential is ridiculous tho with the z32.
                                      i prefer the z31 you don't get as much power with those but they are alot easier to work on parts are cheap and the motor is pretty stout. im stuck in the 80s and prefer their look. my vote is the z31 turbo

                                                          allmost got a turbo z31... wish i did! Needed paint and smog. Put down 220whp with bolt ons! for 900 bux!
