[QUOTE=selturk;2044629]Is this momo steering wheel rare? Can someone ID it for me please..

            thanks.

Momo made that wheel in 89-92 for non-airbag BMW cars. Most of their steering wheels were applicable to many cars. The same style/code # would go on 10-20 different makes of cars, just change the hub-adapter & horn button to the specific vehicle. This particular wheel was made only for BMW's as it was with the Motorsport colors. The majority of them seem to be in Europe. The horn button was the tri-colors & the "M". I imagine it was a much smaller run than usual for Momo as it was only for one make. They may have been offered by dealers as on option on "motorsport" models. I have seen a handful - all on either E28 M5, 535 with M-technic kit, E30 with M-technic II kit & a euro E30M3. I would imagine that because of the motorsport colors, sales were quite limited & it is a rare wheel. As with any other custom wheel the price is based on the condition.

Here's a photo of one as new.
