    Air in the break system?

When driving the car in the morning, there is a problem with the brakes, when stepping on the brakes the pedal jerks and the brake light comes on, and then it turns off. There are new rotors and pads, could there be air in the system?

'brakes' and yes, there could be. Could also be a multitude of other problems. Flush your entire 'brake' system properly, then look for leaks and report back.

How did you manage to spell "brakes" wrong two different times?

      Sounds like abs kicking in.

Yeah, sounds like ABS. Is the ABS light on the dash ever on?
