What manual are you talking about ? ROFL mercs don't come in manuals even in europe. Except for the SLKs and 230s now few others VERY VERY few, even there mclaren f1 doesn't come in stick. its options are .... TCS off = Burn $2gs in rubber and then go after 5 seconds of toasting, TCS ON= 620HP+ gone to waste.
