Stiff steering!!!

is there a fix for stiff steering?! i just recently took my car in for a power steering fluid flush, and it still seems the same.. any recommendations? THANKS in advance guys.

cincinatti kid, i weigh 167lbs, and bench press 315lbs, and rep 285lbs.. toughen up? sure my goal is 450 anyways..

maybe.. im new to E30s, and the only thing im questioning is that my 88 325 aint nowhere near as stiff, and im fixing this one up so my wife can drive it too. I drove nothing but muscle cars growing up, and those were easier to drive than this 89.
