hello ,, i have a e30 m3 cabrio,, it goes into gear perfectly,, when it gets warmed up,, its hard work,, i sometimes have to go through the gears 3rd 2nd and then it goes into 1st,, but only when the engine it warmed up,,help

change your manual tranny fluid, should help. my e30 was hard to get into first when cold, changed to redline 75-90? and now its perfect.
