Hey, Im a new guy too...lol

Hey everbody, just wanted to post and say hello. I registered a few minutes ago and posted a carfax thread if anybody wants one done whether they need it or not :P.

Anyways, quite recently I bought a '90 325ic. It has about 118,*** miles on it, and is in real nice condition. It just has a couple little weird things in the paint, and the damn top center two seams on the rear seat split, no dents though in the body and is pretty much bone stock. The top was replaced something like 3 years ago and has been garaged its entire life. Untill now that is . Oh I also had it for about a week, in which it was driven only 40ish miles, and the @%*(ing timing belt snapped. I'll let it be known that I was going to replace the belt and all that stuff myself as soon as I could get the parts to do it, and not drive it until then, but oh well! Shit happens . It jacked every valve in the head so thats being fixed. When I get it back I'll have some better pictures of it.

I was shown this forum by an old friend of mine who posts as clavinZERO who I actually lost touch with for several years during/after highschool and recently met up with again. Thanks man.

Anyways, for now though here is one picture. I may add another in a few.

Welcome to R3V, I saw your exact car following me today when I was on my way home. I've noticed a few more E30's around me lately maybe I can get some more people from the valley to post on here.

Best of luck with your car. :D

Welcome to another cabby driver. Ouch on the T-belt. That'll learn ya.

As for the rear seats - they all do that.

This may sound funny, but do you by any chance live in a really big neighborhood with an elementry school in it?

And nice car, looks clean. Its neat to see more cabby drivers here.

Eurospeed, nope he didnt mention much about anything about the board besides check it out, and told me how he smooshed his car :(

As for the seat, yeah I know they all do that. Unfortunate but I can deal with it,

btm4k - I wouldnt exactly consider it a big neighborhood, but its not small. Its definately residential but not crammed full as you can tell by the houses across the street, and yes, infact there is an elemetnry school nearby :) 3/10ths of a mile away actually. I think all 3 of my schools were within just about a mile and a half or so of my house...

I'll have fun with my cabby. I originally wanted an IS, but this is plenty fine with me. I dont see myself modding it like crazy any time soon, as I have two project car 2002s. One I may end up using as a body parts donor for the other, but definately one of them is going to end up with a M20 in it. That should be quick!
