Best Home-made rust remover?

easy off oven cleaner for the cheap option. But have yet to find something as consistent s pb blaster or liquid wrench.

Look up this stuff called osfo, its what I use. You put it on(its a liquid) and you let it sit in the sun for a while, then the rust is gone. It adds an ion or something. Its too early for me to remember but it makes quick work of removing rust

What's the best concoction for removing rusty parts? specifically the strut cartridge from the strut housing?

Isn't it like Brake fluid and WD40 or something?
