I know my local dealer and probably all other dealers use "Wurth" the company for their sprays.

My home-made solution in terms of bolts and thing of that nature are to take an angle grinder, grind down the middle and chisel off the head, then its usually fairly easy to screw up the rest without the pressure of the head.

Electrolysis is the best way to do it in my opinion.

pool acid! works great for eating rust, esp off of old rusty nuts and bolts.

muriatic acid . put it in a kiddie pool and dip those parts away.
dont breathe too hard. its caustic. lol

I mixed up 48% Acetone 52% atf and it seems to work well so far, although I haven't really had a terrible job to try it on yet. I have some IX strut housings with mangled gland nuts that are soaking in the aforementioned concoction now, might try to finish the job tonight, we'll see how it does. If it frees those up I will be a believer.

Any acid will work. Vinegar (the kind which is actually acetic acid in solution ~4%) will work fine over a 12h period and is inexpensive and safe. Just scrub the part under the surface of the liquid prior to extraction - while wearing a decent mask, some of the compounds may be nastyish.
