    The mystery of cruise control retrofit

    This sounds like a stupid question, but I cant find a single illustration of where the cruise control module actually mounts. Most people seem to just stuff it into the dash during their retrofit, but I'd like to mount in correctly.

      Mounts to the same bracket as the airbox, if I'm thinking of what you're thinking of.

          I'm speaking of the computer module. It sounds like it goes behind the glovebox, but cant find the correct mounting place.

              Number one is the control unit, looks like it mounts into the glovebox like you said.

                  It's right next to or right on top of the DME. I can't remember exactly as it's been a while since I've had my dash apart. If nobody chimes in I'll take a pic of it tomorrow.

                              Ha! Sorry, completely forgot about this!

                              I'll go take a pic right now.

                              EDIT: Or not. I was always wondering why my cruise control stopped working after I took my car to a local shop...turns out the motherfuckers took the module and bracket out of my car. :hitler:
